training
· Provide professional support and regular updating
· Prepare individuals for progression to the Licentiate
grade of membership and registration as a practitioner
· Progress the Institutes mission of raising work based
training standards

To qualify as an Affiliate you need to have
· Occupation qualifications in the appropriate areas
of training you are working to
· Up to date occupational practical experience
· Employment in a training activity
